At BLKCODE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Not be damaged or altered by the customer.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
- Customized or personalized products.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the package (if damaged)
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
