Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS
  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available on selected PIN codes.
  • An additional COD handling fee may apply, if applicable.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.

BLKCODE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • High order volume

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Take clear photos before opening.
  • Record an unboxing video.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
